A timeless classic with a twist.
Soft, fragrant dough loaded with candied orange, juicy raisins, and a hint of white chocolate. This flavour brings the nostalgic charm of traditional panettone with a subtle creamy finish.

Ingredients:

• Panettone Dough: Flour, water, butter, sugar, organic egg yolks, honey, vanilla bean, salt.
• Add-ins:
  • Chocotonne: Cocoa powder, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, white chocolate.
  • Classico: Candied orange, raisins, white chocolate.
• Glaze:
  • Chocottone: Sugar, almond flour, egg whites, cocoa powder, corn starch, pastry flour, pearl sugar.
  • Classico: Suger, almond flour, egg whites.
