              Shaping Marble Rye Sourdough.  Great start to the week!
              Jumping into the new year with some healthy sourdough discard, spelt morning glory muffins. These are perfect for busy mornings and on-the-go breakfasts because they are LOADED with nutrient-dense ingredients like fruits, veggies, nuts, whole grains and milk! Recipes made with local Ontario milk give us high-quality protein that my family and I need to help our bodies power through our busiest days.
              36 Hour Fermented Sourdough Demi Baguette and Seeded Demi Baguettes.
              Sourdough Focaccia with Confit Garlic and Olives 🧄🫒.
              Shaping Stouffville sourdough.  I tweaked my mixing method a little bit thanks to @nightheronbread and have been loving the results.  Not much change just a slightly longer mix with the bassinage being added later in the mix.  This recipe has been on YT for a while but might need to make that 2023 version as we are always learning and getting better!

              We are about to start a new semester @centennialcollege and I’m excited to the new Artisan Bread class students!  We finished last semester with an amazing pizza party and I can’t wait to see what this semester brings!
